Alert Solutions
CEC has been given access to a new communications tool called Alert Solutions. Alert Solutions allows our school to contact students, parents/guardians and school staff from PowerSchool through email, telephone or text message. (read more)

This new tool will give our school increased flexibility when reaching out to students and their families to communicate information in a way that best meets their needs. For example, you may choose to receive information related to school activities, absence notices or appointments through email, telephone, text message or all three.

For Alert Solutions to be effective, we need to ensure that the contact information in PowerSchool for parents/guardians is up-to-date. On Friday, Sept. 11, 2015 a form containing the Parent 1 and Parent 2 contact information will be sent home with your child. Please verify that the information on the form is accurate and indicate any required changes on the form, then return your completed form to your child’s homeroom teacher.

If you have questions or concerns about Alert Solutions, please do not hesitate to contact Mr. Kaulbach at 902-896-5700.
